Price Tables

What brands pay, and what creators earn, per result. Each table counts one result: views are quoted from the views table (prices between tiers are worked out along the line), and the first tier sets what creators earn for one unit of that result. A change prices new quotes only: paid campaigns keep the price they were bought at and campaigns keep the rate saved when they were set up.
